What it’s made of
- Postcards
- 4 × 6 in, 14 pt matte cardstock (about 300–350 gsm). Full color on the front.
- The back
- Uncoated, so ballpoint, gel pen and pencil all write smoothly.
- Ready to mail
- Postcard size, so each one goes out with a single postcard stamp.
- Thank-you card
- 3.5 × 5 in, the same paper, in lavender.
- Packaging
- Wrapped in a paper band and sent in a stiff kraft mailer, so nothing bends on the way.
Colors on paper can look slightly softer than on screen.

- Do I need the app?
- No. Anyone can order. You’ll get an invite when Dear Mochi opens this winter.
- Where do you ship?
- US addresses only for now, by USPS with tracking.
- How do I track my order?
- Go to “Track your order” (dearmochi.com/postcards/track) and enter your email and order number. Your order number is on the thank-you page and your receipt.
- What kind of photo works best?
- A bright photo where your pet’s face is close and clear. We’ll let you know if a photo is too small to print well.
- Can I order more than one set?
- Yes, as many as you like, and every set after the first is 20% off. Make one for each pet, photo or design, or get extra copies to share. They all ship together, free.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, for a full refund. Open “Track order” at the top of the page, look up your order and tap “Cancel this order”. To change something, cancel and order again. After 24 hours your postcards go into production.
- Can I return my set?
- Each set is made just for your pet, so we can’t take returns. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@dearmochi.com and we’ll reprint it.
- How do I reach you?
- Email hello@dearmochi.com. A real person (and occasionally a cat) reads every message.
